Exceptions Form (Click Here To Open The Exceptions Form In PDF Format)

The Exception Form is for use in the event that you or your veterinarian sees a need to make a change to the Health & Vaccination Protocol for animals enrolled in the Range Ready Program. Boehringer Ingelheim Vetmedica, Inc.’s ability to warrant the enrolled animals is based on the Health and Vaccination Protocol being followed as it is outlined. It is for this reason that we must be notified and agree to any requested changes in the protocol before they occur. One of our technical services veterinarians will review the requested changes and contact you and your veterinarian. It is for your benefit as well as ours that the steps are followed as outlined. This process will prevent any questions in the future regarding the status of the animals and the warranty.

Veterinarian Certification Form (Click Here To Open The Veterinarian Certification Form In PDF Format)

One of the key requirements of the Range Ready Program is that your practicing veterinarian sign and submit the Certification Form. It is the completion and submission of this form that results in your animals being certified as Range Ready animals and eligible for the Range Ready Limited Warranty. This independent third party verification provides the oversight and credibility that the Range Ready Program requires in order for it to be of value to your customers. By requiring that your veterinarian complete and submit the Range Ready Certification your customers are assured that the animals they purchase have completed a rigid health and vaccination protocol.
